One year ago today this little angel left this earth to return home to live with her Heavenly Father. Her name is Preslee Jo Sullenger. Although I have never met her personally she has forever changed my life. I read about her story on her mothers blog. I have met her mom though I had one class with her at BYU-Idaho in 2009. The day I read about what happened to this precious little girl and to her parents I cried my eyes out. She is so cute and seems like the sweetest girl. She made me want to be a better person and really made me step back and realize all I have to be grateful for. She strengthened my testimony so much. I know that Heavenly Father lives and loves each and every one of his children. I know that he gives us trials here on this earth to make us stronger. Preslee's mom Ashley, had this quote on one of her blog posts that says, "I CAN DO HARD THINGS." I just want to testify that I know this to be true. If I couldn't do hard things in this life then I wouldn't be who I am today. Preslee truly is an angel and I am grateful for her inspiration and peace of mind she gives me. Preslee's parents are such amazing people and I hope the best for them and their little family.
I read the Sullengers blog weekly and keep up with what is happening in their lives. I can't wait to become a mom and to have children of my own that I can love and cherish. Preslee's parents are such examples to me and are so strong. I know that Preslee is now watching over her family with her Heavenly Father with a sparkle in her eyes, a smile on her face, and love in her heart.

Pondering
I was just sitting on my couch taking a break from packing and moving some boxes and such to the new house and I was just thinking of everything we have to look forward to in the next year. Randy and I are moving tomorrow and I can't wait. This is the start of a whole new adventure moving into a house that has three bedrooms. I am so used to living cramped ans squished with all of my belongings that it is going to look very empty in our house and I don't know how to deal with that.
I was just thinking about everything that we have to look forward to in the next year or so. I have my last semester of school and then I student teach. I will graduate in April of 2012 and then on to pursuing my dream of being a school teacher so hopefully I won't have a hard time finding a job. Randy can apply to his nursing program next March, and who knows maybe even baby of our own. Everyone else seems to be having one why shouldn't we lol! We definitely have a lot of things coming in the future that are big life changing things but I can tell you for sure that I can't WAIT!!

MOVING.....again!
Randy and I are moving once again this weekend. We are so excited and this will be the last move until we buy our own house! We will be in this house for about 5 years or so. I can't wait to have my own space again. We have been living in my cousins house while he has been in Iraq. He comes home in about nine weeks so we wanted to be out and such before he got home. I love our new house and can't wait to start filling it up with our stuff, and the new stuff we bought and the best part of moving DECORATING!
We won't have as many boxes to move this time because we were smart and moved some of our belongings in the basement of the house we are moving into. So all we have to move is our bedroom, bathroom, and living room.

Old house, new look!
The outside of the house
So the rumors are true, Randy and I are moving again. We have been staying at my cousins house who has been serving in Iraq. We are moving in about two weeks. We started to move in some of our stuff today. We are going to be moving into a house that is owned by my parents in law. Randy's older brother Brian used to live in this house and the walls used to be white and the front door bright blue. Well we decided to paint the house tan and the front door a reddish color. It looks we awesome and we love it! I can't wait to move it and have my own space again. The living room

4th of July
For the 4th of July my family came up from Utah and stayed the weekend. We had a bbq with a bunch of family and then hung out and waited for the fireworks to start in Idaho Falls. The fireworks were amazing and so pretty. My dad, two sisters, Randy, and I all went to them.
The Fourth of July is one of my favorite holidays. Every summer when it comes around it gets me thinking about the country I live in and the freedoms I have and take for granted everyday. I have a cousin serving in Iraq right now and I just want to say thank you to him especially and to all the other men and women who are serving our country. I am so grateful to live in this country.

Next to You!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EEuQU6a90Pc
Here is my new favorite song!
One day when the sky is fallin'
Here is my new favorite song!
You got that smile
That only heaven can make
I'll pray to God everyday
that you keep that smile
Yeah, you are my dream
There's not a thing I won't do
I'll give up my life for you
'Cause you are my dream
And, baby everything I have is yours
You will never go cold or hungry
I'll be there when you're insecure
Let you know that you're always lovely, girl
'Cause you are the only thing that I got right now
One day when the sky is fallin'
I'll be standing right next to you, right next to you
Nothing will ever come between us
'Cause I'll be standing right next to you, right next to you
If you had my child
You would make my life complete
Just to have your eyes on little me
That'd be mine forever
And, baby everything I have is yours
You will never go cold or hungry
I'll be there when you're insecure
Let you know that you're always lovely, girl
'Cause you are the only thing that I got right now
One day when the sky is fallin'
I'll be standing right next to you, right next to you
Nothing will ever come between us
Nothing will ever come between us
'Cause I'll be standing right next to you, right next to you
We're made for one another, me and you
And I have no fear, I know we'll make it through
One day when the sky is fallin'
I'll be standing right next to you, whoa
One day when the sky is fallin'
I'll be standing right next to you, right next to you
Nothing will ever come between us
'Cause I'll be standing right next to you, right next to you
Stand by my side, side, side
When the sky falls down
I'll be there, I'll be there
You've got that smile
That only heaven can make
I pray to God every day
To keep you forever
I love this song because it really describes what love is and what two people in love experience when they build a life together.

Trukc and Tractor Pull
Yesterday Randy talked me into going to a Truck and Tractor Pull at Sandy Downs in Idaho Falls. I was a little skeptical at first because I had never been to one to be honest it sounded really boring. I must admit that when I packed my bag to go I packed a word search and my boook. So I reluctantly went and it turned out I had a blast. The show started at 4 and we didn't leave till about 8:30. We watched the all the different categories and took losts of pictures. My two favortie categories were the diesels and the stocked pickups. In the diesel category the Ford's and Dodges did pretty good. The stocked up pickups were really cool. Over all it was a fun date night and I would go to another one in a heartbeat. I know not to pack a book to read. After the pull we went and got ice cream and then came home to watch a movie! I love spending time with my husband!
Father's Day!
I have been blessed with two amazing fathers. The first one is my father-in-law Blake Purcell. He is such an amazing man and I am so lucky to have him in my life. He does many things for Randy and I and I couldn't be more grateful for him.
The second one is my father. He has taught me everything that I know today. He was my best friend growing up and I must say I was a daddy's girl and had him wrapped around my finger.
Both of these men are great providers, hard workers, fun, amazing, caring, worthy priesthood holders, great dads, awesome grandpas, and the list goes on and on. I just wanted to give a shout out to them on their special day. HAPPY FATHERS DAY! I love you both and am grateful to have you in my life!

Ten Rules for Being Human
1. You will receive a body. You may like it or hate it, but it's yours to keep for the entire period.
2. You will learn lessons. You are enrolled in a full-time informal school called, "life."
3. There are no mistakes, only lessons. Growth is a process of trial, error, and experimentation. The "failed" experiments are as much a part of the process as the experiments that ultimately "work."
4. Lessons are repeated until they are learned. A lesson will be presented to you in various forms until you have learned it. When you have learned it, you can go on to the next lesson.
5. Learning lessons does not end. There's no part of life that doesn't contain its lessons. If you're alive, that means there are still lessons to be learned.
6. "There" is no better a place than "here." When your "there" has become a "here", you will simply obtain another "there" that will again look better than "here."
7. Other people are merely mirrors of you. You cannot love or hate something about another person unless it reflects to you something you love or hate about yourself.
8. What you make of your life is up to you. You have all the tools and resources you need. What you do with them is up to you. The choice is yours.
9. Your answers lie within you. The answers to life's questions lie within you. All you need to do is look, listen, and trust.
10. You will forget all this.

My Bowling Pin!!!
Today in my PE Methods class I won this bowling pin. Last Friday we went bowling as a class and I got the highest score out of the girls. So now I have a bowling pin that is signed by all my peers. My husband is very proud! I married into a family that bowls quite a bit!
