Soda Springs

Yesterday Randy, Blake, and I went to Soda Springs for a day snowmobiling trip. It was a ton of fun and was really warm. We drove about a total of 27 miles and played around a lot in the snow. I am so proud of myself because I can now stand up on the machine. I tried some of the things that Randy and Jared do but I don't have enough weight to throw the machine around so below are some pictures of me trying to put the machine on its side to do snow circles.

Lesson I Need to Master

You no the saying "THE FUTURE IS ONLY AS BRIGHT AS YOUR FAITH." Well this is a lesson that I need to master. It is easier said than done. It is really hard to have a strong faith that things will be okay in dark times.
I have been thinking about this saying for a long time now and I am still not sure how to accomplish it. I do have faith but I know it can be stronger. I know that I need to do everything I can on my end and the Lord will make up for it, but at times it is hard.

On Friday night Randy and Blake played in a ward basketball game together. Let's just say it was quite the entertainment. We had a lot of laughs and we got some great pictures.

West Yellowstone Trip

The week of January 11-16 Randy and I, Blake and Diana, Jared, Brian Celia and Maden all went to West Yellowstone and stayed at the resort Worldmark. We left on Tuesday and and came Saturday. The week consisted of hanging out, watching movies, eating food, snowmobiling, swimming, hot tubbing, and relaxing. It was a much needed vacation and we had a ton of fun.

restuarant. It was about 20 feet high.

So the collection begins....

I purchased this the other day! I love Grey's Anatomy and have seen all the seasons. I borrowed them from my sister Megan. But I decided that I wanted to collect them so I would have them when I wanted to have a marathon. I am going to buy more seasons as I go. It is even better that Randy loves this show as well. I am off to start my season one marathon!

Current Read

Well I finished my other book and started another one. I plan on doing a lot of reading over the four months because I am off track from school and only work two days a week. My newest book is called Toxic Bachelors and here is the summary of it.

I haven't started this book yet but I usually like Danielle Steel books really well. So we shall see how I like this one. I am off to begin reading.

Billy the Bear

So I may just be the biggest nerd on the planet! This is my stuffed bear named Billy. I know I am 22 years old why do I have a stuffed animal? Well here is the story....we just got back from West Yellowstone and we were staying at this fabulous resort and this little guy was in the gift shop. I turned to Randy and said I want him because he can sit on our bed and he is who I can cuddle with when you work at night. So for $6.50 Billy joined our family. He is really soft and I am not afraid to admit that I am a child at heart! I love my bear!

Not such a great day...

Well today is not such a great day because I was getting in my car to go and run some errands and what do you know, THE CAR WOULDN'T START! It really makes me mad because we humans rely on these machines called cars so heavily it is ridiculous. So I won't be going to run errands, but instead I will be sitting at home doing laundry, cleaning my house, watching movies, and reading.
We just got back from West Yellowstone and the car wouldn't start yesterday either but we thought it was just the battery so who knows. I am just not in a very good mood right now.

Current Read

I have this new goal and that is to read a new book at least once a week. I love to read and I thought why not share what I am reading and learning with other people. I don't know everyone that reads or follows my blog(there are probably very few lol) but here is my current read. It is a book titled One Perfect Day. Here is the summary one the back of the book.

This book is about the miracle of life, and the sadness of a tragedy. I am about half way through it and love it. I would recommend it to read for those of you who like to read and that follow my blog.

Do dreams really come true?

Do dreams really come true?

That is the question that I have been pondering the last

few days. I am not talking about the dreams that people have about their lives

such as college, getting married, graduating college, etc. I am talking about the

dreams that people have while they are sleeping.

The last few nights I have had some dreams that are a little unnerving.

I have had dreams that I am pregnant, as in with child, bun in the oven.

It really scared me because I am not ready to be a mom.

Don't get me wrong I want to have children one day, but it scares me because

my pregnancies will be twice as hard as the average women because I have a blood

disease called Factor 5, Chromosome 1.

The first dream was I had a little baby girl and her name was Preslee Jane.

I have had this dream quite a bit of times. The other dream was that I had a little

boy named Carson Blake. It is weird to think because these are two of the names that

I love and want to name my future children.

So what do you think do the dreams that people have while they

sleep, do they come true?

Are dreams a way of telling someone what is to come?

This is just what has been on my mind the last few weeks.

New Year Resolutions

Better late than never....here are a few things that Randy and I

want to accomplish together this year.

-Going to the temple every month

-Save more money

-Read scripture every NIGHT!

-Eat more healthy

-Plan primary lesson every Thursday, not Saturday

-Learn to cook and sew

-Do more service

-Read more books

-Finish my bachelor's degree

-Randy...finish more schooling

The Bachelor is back!!

Call me a nerd, loser, freak, or whatever you want! A new season of The Bachelor is on. I know it is cheesy that I watch it but I think it is hilarious to watch the drama that is portrayed on each season. Sometimes it works out between the couples but more time then others, it doesn't. I don't watch much television but this is one show that I enjoy watching.


This seasons bachelor is Brad Womack. He was the bachelor three years ago but on the season finale he didn't pick either woman, he said goodbye to both. Now three years later he is ready to find love. We will see if it happens for him, let the season begin! I am pretty excited about it!

2011 New Year Celebration

This year for New Years Eve we started out the day going bowling with Randy's family. We then headed across town to Texas Roadhouse. For the rest of the night we hung out with Randy's parents. We watched two movies: Wild Hogs and Losers. Blake doesn't like to stay up late but I convinced him to celebrate with us. So we broke out the good ole' sparkling cider and partied until we watched the ball drop at midnight.

On New Years Day we woke up and hung out with the family. Brian, Celia, and Maden came down to Blackfoot for the day and we hung out, ate finger foods, played games, watched football, and enjoyed each others company. We are excited to see what 2011 has to bring and are anxious to see how we deal with it. HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!
