My Man

There is no special occassion today I just felt like blogging about the one person in my life that loves me the most. The one person that is always there for me and would do anything for me. That person is my very handsome husband. I just wanted to let him know that I love him so much. I am so glad that I have him in my life because he is such a great support to me in great times and hard times.  I love this man so much!

Fishing

Yesterday evening my husband and parents in law went fishing at a pond out in New Sweden, Idaho owned by Blake brother Terry Purcell . It was really windy and chilly at first. We weren't having much luck and only caught one fish in about a 45 minutes. We were getting pretty frustrated but after a while we moved spots and the wind died down and we were catching them left and right. We caught 12 fish and brought five home. We would throw them back so they could go back and fish later and they would be bigger. The fish that we caught and brought home were the fish that either swallowed the hook or we couldn't get unhooked in time and they died. So it looks like we are eating fish for dinner on Saturday. It was a ton of fun but I couldn't catch a fish in a long time and then I caught four in about twenty minutes. In the five that we brought home I killed three of them. I am very proud of my fishing skills.

Tim McGraw Concert

On Saturday August 6th my two sisters and brother in law went to a Tim McGraw concert. The Band Perry and Luke Bryan opened for him. I have seen Tim before at the Delta Center about five years ago and let me tell you this concert was just as good as the last time I saw him. We saw him at the Usana. We were a little late for the concert due to stupid drivers and traffic.
When we got there the band perry was singing followed by Luke Bryan. They were really good and we all sang along. While we waited for Tim to come out we were thoroughly entertained by all the drunk people and others who were dressed weird. Tim came out at about 9:00 and played until about 11:00. He sang a lot of old songs which made me happy because I knew most of them and he also sang some of his newer songs. It was a good time and the next concert I go to will be with my husband because he has never been to one! I love TIMMY!!!

.....TWO.....

Today is our 2 year wedding anniversary. I can't believe it has been two years already! They have been the best two years of my life. I can't believe I was so lucky to marry the love of my life and best friend. Randy is the best thing that ever happen to me. We got married in my favorite temple and it has a special meaning to me because I had a powerful spiritual experience there that changed my life forever, it was there that I knew I was going to spend the rest of my life with Randy Purcell. He is such a hardworker and would do anything in the world for me. I can't wait for the many more years to come, Happy Anniversary babe you are the best and I love you!!

For our two year anniversary we slept in and then went to breakfast at Denny's. We went and fed the ducks and geese over by the Idaho Falls temple. We came home hung out and took a nap then went to dinner at Olive Garden. It was a simple yet amazing day spent with my wonderful and amazing husband.

The lovebirds!

Hiking with Mom and Sisters

On Tuesday my mom, sisters, and I went hiking up Provo Canyon. We hiked Bridal Veil Falls and Stewart Falls. We hiked for about four hours total. We did Bridal Veil first and then Stewart Falls. It was a ton of fun and really hard because I am not a huge fan of hiking so I had to talk myself into finishing the hikes because I absolutely hate it. But they weren't to bad. I stayed back with my mom and it gave a chance to talk and catch up. My shoes got really dirty but I eventually got them clean. I can't believe that everything is still so green up in the canyon considering it is middle of August. It was really beautiful and it made me appreciated nature just a little bit more.
